WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Currency displayed on our website is in Singapore Dollars (SGD$).
WHAT TYPE OF SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?
DO YOU WORK WITH CLIENTS OUTSIDE OF SINGAPORE?
Yes! One thing that we do need to take into consideration is the time zone difference when communicating on a project. Nevertheless, with the advanced technology, it is extremely easy to work remotely whilst meeting the needs of our clients.
HOW CAN I GET ON YOUR LIST FOR A CUSTOM PROJECT?
We only take in a limited number of custom projects per month as to provide quality assurance to all clients. As well as to ensure each client receives the focus and attention they deserve. Should there be a waiting list, you will be informed during our initial consultation meeting and you will have a specific project start date included in your contract. To start a project with us, simply get in touch with us or drop us an email and we will get back to you within 24 working hours.
DO YOU USE A CONTRACT?
Yes. A signed contract is required for all custom projects.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments via PayPal for all clients. Exclusively for Singapore clients only, you have the options to make payment either via Internet Banking or Cheques.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS OR DEPOSITS?
Yes, payment plans are offered for all custom projects and are broken into two (2) separate payments.
Once you think we are a good fit for your business, we will send along your project proposal, contract, and a 50% deposit invoice. This is required to secure your slot in our schedule and your project start date. 2-6 weeks after your project start date depending on your project timeframe (or at completion, whichever is first), the remaining 50% is due before we send you your final deliverables.
If your project total cost is less than S$500, full payment is due in full before we proceed with any design work.
IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
All deposits are non-refundable as it is a way of securing your slot in our production queue. We book projects several months ahead of time, and scheduling ensures that we give all of our clients the proper amount of time that a project deserves. As a result, we turn away clients for your reserved time slot.
If you back out of the project, you may leave an empty slot that could have been given to another project. The deposit ensures that clients are serious about moving forward with the project.
WHAT SOFTWARE DO YOU USE TO CREATE DESIGN?
This depends on your project type. We use mainly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver, along with initial sketches on pen and paper.
HOW MANY ROUNDS OF DESIGN REVISION DO YOU PROVIDE?
Depending on your project type, two (2) complimentary rounds of design revision are included. If you would like to make further changes, additional fees will be charged for at our hourly rate of $80 per hour.
HOW WILL FINAL DELIVERABLES BE DELIVERED TO ME?
Final deliverables will be uploaded via a shared DropBox folder for easy download.
WHAT ARE THE FILE FORMATS PROVIDED?
File types will be provided in the following file formats – AI, PNG, JPEG, and PDF.
DO YOU PROVIDE PRINTING SERVICES?
At the moment, it is not offered as a service. However, for all Singapore clients – let’s discuss your printing needs and we will be more than happy to help!
DO YOU HOST THE WEBSITE YOU DESIGN ON?
No. We will assist during the hosting and domain process. However, clients are responsible for purchasing the domain and hosting via providers as there are several plans for you to choose from based on your business needs. We strongly recommend Bluehost as your hosting provider. If looking for a domain name, we strongly recommend Enom. Kindly take note that we will not be responsible for server downtime, software issues, and any other compatibility and security issues that may arise after the launch of the website.
WHAT WEBSITE PLATFORM DO YOU BUILD ON?
Website design will be built on WordPress.org.
WILL MY WEBSITE BE RESPONSIVE AND MOBILE FRIENDLY?
Yes, of course! Our web design will be fully responsive and display beautifully across desktop, mobile and all devices in-between.
I ALREADY HAVE A DOMAIN OR HOSTING PROVIDER, DO YOU HELP WITH TRANSFERRING?
Yes! We help clients to set up or transfer domain or hosting. Unfortunately, we cannot do the entire process for you as it requires personal information but we can do a majority of it.
CAN I ADD E-COMMERCE TO MY WEBSITE?
Yes, of course! E-commerce features such as account login, add-to-cart, order tracking and other functionalities are included in our Web Design packages.
