What is a creative retainer program?
This is an exclusive service available only for our current and/or past clients who need design work done on a regular basis, but don’t have the need for a full-time graphic designer and/or web designer. Each of our retainer packages include a fixed number of hours each month.

Which package should I choose?
Every business is different and has different needs. If you’re unsure which packages to choose from, leave a message through our contact form or drop us an email to email@example.com. We’ll work together to determine the package that will not only meet your needs but also gives you the best return on investment.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?
If you decide you want to upgrade your package before we begin, we can update the invoice accordingly. As this is a 3-month minimum commitment, we’ll have to complete the creative retainer package you’ve chosen after we begin. At the end of 3 months, we will re-evaluate the package to ensure the number of hours are fitting to your business needs. After that, we can move on to a 3, 6, 9, or 12-month commitment.
How does payment works?
You will be billed automatically on the 1st of each month.
Can I add more hours to my package?
Yes. Additional hours can be added and will be billed at our standard hourly rate of S$80 per hour. The outstanding balance will be billed along with your following month’s invoice.
How will you keep track of the hours?
We use our trusted time tracking management tool called Toggl. At the end of each month, we will prepare a detailed report that shows all of the hours which were dedicated to your project and completed tasks.
What happens if my hours in my package are unused?
Unused hours will expire except for our Premium Package — which has a maximum of 2 hours rollover to the next month only. If we are running close on hours hitting your threshold, we will let you know before going over.
What is covered during our monthly 1:1 strategy session?
At Sera Lo Design, we are rooted in strategy first before design. We act as more than your just design team, but also as a business strategist for any ideas or questions you may have. Exclusively available for our Pro and Premium Packages — we’ll have a 60-minute strategy session at the start of each month, to discuss your project load, your company’s upcoming content strategies, and content planning calendar to help you better accomplish your business goals.
Is printing included in creative retainer packages?
No. The prices shown above are strictly for creative design only. If you need printing services, let us know in and we’ll be happy to quote you with one of our recommended printing companies.
